Rest well: Garrison a giant in tech college history

At 11 a.m. today, a tireless man will be laid to rest. Dr. Don C. Garrison, who for 32 years demonstrated not just a dedication to education but a specific push for the value of the technical school system as president of Tri-County Technical College, died over the weekend after suffering a stroke.
